happy birthday to me

well, another year older and deeper in debt - or something like that.

strictly speaking it is tomorrow but i guess few people will read this before then anyway. courtney has just informed me not to expect a card but i'm sure the restaurant will produce a huge cake as if by magic..

crucially, being my birthday means i have complete veto over all activities. as a 4 hour long horse ride was on the proposed agenda, my 32nd year couldn't have arrived at a better time.

more than one point on the table for Crystal Palace and not being bottom might have been a good present... alas, it was not meant to be. the wooden spoon awaits..

love to all.

Comments:
By the sound of Court's post, all that free food must have really put your budget back on track, eh?? That's her birthday present to you :-)

Happy, happy day, Pete!! What better way to spend one's 32nd birthday! Enjoy!

Happy B'day Peter from Leamington Spa. Jessica says 'bye' which, although totally out of context, is the best that it gets. Have a great day with lots of cake and remember, if we are fourth from bottom at Christmas then we should clinch a European place if last season is anything to go by.

Happy Birthday Pete, and say hi to your lovely lady.
All the best Mark & Heidi

late at night, so only a quick post. Hope you had a good birthday. As usual we completely forgot. Juanita wanted me to slow down while scrolling through your photos, but I can't bring myself to spend too long getting upset about the fun you are having, without me!

Anyway, England just scratched a 2-1 away win against Poland, which was pretty ugly.

Did you watch Turkey playing Greece? Surely that would have been something to behold...

Not much other news to be honest - will email you soon

take Care
